WOD 081110

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
7 Back Squats @ 60kg/40kg
10 Kettlebell Overhead walking lunge @ 16/12kg(right hand)
7 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Overhead walking lunge @ 16/12kg(left hand)

Beginner: Scale movements as necessary.
Advanced: Back Squats @ 85kg/55kg, KB @ 20kg/16kg
