In 15minutes, do as many rounds as possible of:
5 One Arm Kettlebell Push Press @ 24kg/16kg L&R
10 Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg/16kg

Beginner: Scale movements as necessary.
Advanced: KB @ 28kg/20kg
