With a continuously running clock, do one Kettlebell Swing @ 32kg the first minute, two Kettlebell Swings @ 32kg the second minute, three Kettlebell Swings @ 32kg the third minute... continuing for as many minutes as you are able.
Use as many sets as needed to complete the swings for each minute.

We are planning to start a 100 Day Pull-Up Challenge on the 1st of April 2009. The format and rules of the challenge are simliar to our on-going 300 Day Burpee Challenge. Do 1 pull up the first day, two pull-ups the second day, three pull ups the third day.. conitnuing until the 100th Day. Put your name on the board and be counted!
