In 20 minutes, do as many rounds as possible of:

2 Muscle Ups
4 Burpees
8 KB Swings @ 24kg

*Subs for 1 Muscle Up = 3 Pull Ups & 3 Dips

**All burpees can be counted towards the 300 Day Burpee Challenge.
