Stop staring at the mirror boon! Thats his favourite pastime along with Joe. Funny how when he first started , he only managed 3 rounds with the aid of green plus blue bands for pullups for Mini Cindy. Now, he's achieving 6 rounds for Hardcore Cindy. There's no doubt that you cant achieve what you aim for if you continue to be focus and committed. Time for you to step up boon and reach your personal goals. Once again, from all of us at Pushmore, Happy Birthday!

Hi..Crossfitters

It has really been a while since I worked out due to my back surgery. Thanks for the well wishes and concern from my crossfit buddies. I'm slowly recovering now and hopefully will be ready for our warm up moves by end of the year.

I'm delighted to see the improvement in the intensity of the workouts and the turnout of new crossfitters.

As age catches up, I've to get rid of old pains to continue crossfitting and competing with the younger likes of you.

Keep up the good and inspiring work guys! Hope to see you soon:)
