Navin, November 2008Navin was one of the first guys to join us at PushMore. Also the first guy in our Muscle Up Club. As you can see from the pictures, the difference is obvious. Some killer definition after 8 months of work. Despite his busy schedule, he is still a regular face at PushMore. Also, he's got almost his whole family working out at PushMore too. Thanks for your enerygy dude!

I'm not sure this phrase has made it's way to Malaysia yet, so let me break out some American slang for you guys.
Navin is a man child.
man child (adj) - A man that is so large and/or powerful that he makes other men around him look like children. Usually an athlete that dominates others on the field/court because of his size and strength.
Joe is also a man child.
