20M Farmer's Moonwalk(basically walk backwards) @ 24kgs
Hold Ring Support position for 15 secs while singing "Billie Jean is not my lover"
(Workout ends with pistol in the sky in "dangerous pose". If not fulfilled, entire workout is forfeited)
