Five rounds for max total reps of:
1 Minute Sumo Deadlift Highpull @ 32kg
1 Minute Sit Ups 
1 Minute Push Ups
1 Minute Rest

Look closely, Juan's not pushing up, he's actually pushing the floor down(Chuck Norris fans will get this).
