In 20 minutes, do as many rounds as possible of:
2 Muscle Ups
4 Handstand Push Ups (HSPU)
8 KB Swings @ 24kg/16kg
Advanced: KB Swing @ 32kg/24kg
Beginner: AMRAP in 15minutes
* If you cannot do a Muscle Up, your substitutes for ONE(1) Muscle Up are:
- 2 Jumping Muscle Ups, or
- 3 Pull Ups + 3 Ring Dips
