"Death by Pull Ups'

Do one Pull Ups on the first minute, two Pull Ups on the second, three Pull Ups on the third minute, and so on until you can no longer complete the Pull Ups on the minute.

Record minutes & weight.

Beginner: Scale Pull Ups as necessary
Advanced: Scale Weighted Pull ups
