Getting Started
Foundation Series Schedule
Our Foundation Series consists of 10 compulsory sessions in your first month. Each session lasts no longer than 1hr.
September Classes (All at 7:45pm)
Week 3: 21st, 22nd, 24th
Week 4: 28th, 29th
October Classes (All at 7:45pm)
Week 1:5th, 6th
Week 2: 12th, 13th, 15th
Week 3: 19th, 20th, 22nd
Week 4: 26th, 27th
*Classes commences punctually at 7:45pm. You MUST get in earlier to do your warm up.
*All classes are the responsibility of the member. Failure to attend results in a lost class and will not be replaced.
