WOD 011109 Monday

"Murph"

For time of:
1.6km Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1.6km Run

*Partition the pull ups, push ups and squats as needed. Start and finish with the 1.6km run.
**Last workout starts at 8.45pm. This is a long workout, so make sure you give yourself enough time to finish it. Workouts starting after 9.00pm will have a 30 minute cut-off time.
