With a continuously running clock, do one pull up and one ring dip the first minute, two pull ups and two ring dips the second minute, three pull ups and three ring dip the third minute ... continuing for as many minutes as you are able to. Make sure you complete each exercise first before moving into the next minute. (No mixing of exercises)
Beginner: Scale exercises as necessary
Advanced: Weighted 10kg Vest
