50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double Unders
Sit Ups

*If unable to Double Under, sub is 1 DU=1 Squat Jump.

Beginner: Sub for 1 Double Under is 2 Rope Skips.
Advance: Unbroken Double Unders
