"Murph"
For time of:
Run 1.6km
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
Run 1.6km


Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a 1.6km run
1.6km Run = 2 Rounds of Block (A+B) & 1 Round Block A.

*Last start-off time : 9:00pm with a 45min Max time limit.

Beginner: 1/2 Murph - Run 800m, 50 Pull Ups, 100 Push Ups, 150 Squats, Run 800m
Advance: Wear a 10kg Weighted Vest
