We will be running classes on the finer points of the Deadlift tomorrow evening at PushMore. Don't know what a Deadlift is? Join the class! The classes will be at 10:30am, 5.00pm, 6.00pm and 7.00pm respectively. Each time slot is limited to 10 participants per class, so grab your spot now. You can register yourself at the gym front desk.
