3 rounds of:
Do 1 minute each of the following for max reps:
Pull Ups
Tyre Flips
Wall Ball
Burpees
Rest exactly 1 minute between rounds. Workout is scored based on total reps.

*Subs: Tyre Flips = 145lbs Deadlift, Wall Ball = 45lbs Thruster
