hmm, 30 seconds slower than my last attempt. The thrusters really killed me this round....

i wud modify *plus minus* the weights and/or reps and try 2-3 workouts with that format.

what are the usual progressions @ Crossfit for this workout? havent checked in that much detail so i really dont know.

then again, cud be a factor outside e'en ur influence [devilish smyle]

jin han: probably not enough recovery from classes of the previous day.

suraj: with crossfit, keep the reps, change the loads. this workout is also rated based on your timing, so keep track :)
