Don't Eat

Tabata this:-
- lateral jump over moderate punching bag
- pushup
- one-legged squat
- pullup

Tabata = 8 rounds of 20 sec work with 10 sec rest in between. Do as many reps as possible each round.
Rest between each Tabata = 60 secs
