- KB clean once and press [10 reps]
Workout #02a (harder option):
3 rounds for time of:
- 5m bear crawl @ 2 x KB 12kg
- 5 KB snatch each arm
- 5m bear crawl @ 2 x KB 12kg
- 10 sumo deadlift @ 32kg KB
Workout #02b (easier option):
3 rounds for time of:
- 5m bear crawl @ body weight
- 10 KB swing @ 16kg
- 5m bear crawl @ body weight
- 10 sumo deadlift @ 24kg KB
