was going over these figures in my head today, *both our max lifts* and kept wondering if there is sum trick in the progression between sets.

u know, amount of weight lifted in each succeeding set. will take trial and error, i s'pose.

well, i suppose you could spend some time trying to figure it out.

but you know what works for me?

just slap the weights on and pick it up :)
