100 double KB cleans @ 24kg each - no restrictions, just finish it asap!
Workout #02
100 double KB cleans @ 24kg each or 12kg each
NOTE: each set of 10 reps - do a squat with racked KBs after the first 5 reps & double press after 10 reps. during the set, rest only with a dead hang or racked position
