Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes, do:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

Hi,
Been following the blog. Y'day i tried chelsea and managed 22 rounds in 30 minutes. Though not ashamed to admit i cheated on the squats by placing a swiss ball under me, this is due to a knee surgery(ACL and meniscus tear) that i just had 2 mths ago. Would love to try out more stuff when my knee(or my Dr) allows it.
Hey Mus, Great job ! Just to point something out in case you didn't know, Chelsea is not an "As many rounds as possible" work out. Rather you would have to finish each Round consisting of pull ups, push ups and squats in each given minute for 30 mins. If you fail to complete it in that minute than the time ends for you. Hope thats clear. Great job though, 22 rounds in 30 mins is a monstrous effort.

Thanks for that. You know I'd really like to check out the gym and learn more about the workouts, though I'd just have to be patient a bit. Once my knee recovers to be point that I can do jumps and squats I'll definitely pop by.
