Max reps of Strict Pull Ups (palms away)
Max reps Single Leg Squats (Right leg to failure then switch to the left, no more than 5 seconds rest at the top of the squat)
Max reps Handstand PushUPs (forehead to the floor each rep)
90 secs rest between rounds
