WOD 112907 "Fight gone bad - Nov"

Modified version of Fight Gone Bad (click HERE for details) consists of five stations of exercises. Some of the exercises here were substituted and changed for convenience. You move from each station after a minute. A minute break is allowed after you have completed all 5 stations. Repeat for 5 rounds. One point is given for each rep in each station.
