PushMore Open Day
Hi Guys! As you all know, we are having our Open Day this Saturday, April 24th right here at PushMore! We will be running classes at 9:30am, 10:30am and 11:30am. Each class is an hour long, consisting of a warm up, workout and cool down session. So worry-not, as we will have a powerpacked session!
