WOD 080409

In 15 minutes,do as many rounds as possible of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Ring Dips
15 Push Ups

Just a friendly reminder to keep stretching those muscles for faster recovery. Remember also that the WODs are not primarily a competition, so if you are not familiar with certain movements, its ok to swallow some ego and a chill pill and use baby weights. After all the right form is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than just carrying heavy. Take care of yourself guys, I know with the increase of people to work out with we can easily be carried away. I personally would rather have a slower time for a WOD than a week or even a month away from the gym due to injuries. Think I'll go crazy. Anyways, Here is how you SHOULD NOT stretch your lower back. That's Praveen, one of our new members. Ah the wonders of facebook. Also guys, Dump that dirty habit.. yeah I am talking about smoking. No matter how good your form is, you will never be able to reach ELITE fitness if you keep that up.
