WOD 072608

Workout can be done in tag team or single format as follows:

Tag Team Format:
In 10 minutes, do as many rounds as possible of:
10 Tyre Flips
KB/DB Push Press @ 20kg/45lbs

One partner will flip the tyre while the other continues doing push presses until tyre flips are done, then positions are changed. Record rounds and reps for push presses.

OR

Single Format:
In 10 minutes, do as many rounds as possible of:
10 Tyre Flips
10 KB/DB Push Press @ 20kg/45lbs
