Note: WOD on Crossfit.com states 50 Ring Dips. In the absence of rings, 1 Ring Dip=3 Bar Dips.

no man, not good enough to do that yet. was doing HSPUs with my feet against the wall. still haven't got the balance factor down to pat yet.
