1 Snatch Squat + 10 Overhead Squats

15 Pull-Ups

damn layan when they throw the bar down the floor at the 5th round, bounces everywhere. notice that their pull bar quite thick also

yeah man. the squats were tough. still haven't got the hang of them yet.

legs are protesting today.. cycling is going to be fun.

wish i could dump the bar as well :)
