  1. run - 400m
  2. kettlebell swing 24KG - 21 reps
  3. pullups - 12 reps
  4. bench press - bodyweight (65KG) - 12 reps

Good job Bro! you have just created Helena from your "gatalness" and we have to do it again the next time, with that extra bench press.

I will be off to Cameron Highlands for a torturous MTB epic, so they call it. 60KM of nothing but steep hills. More like let's "Hike-a-Bike", not ride a bike. Then I am off to gunung Ledang for a real hiking trip after. Only be back on Tuesday, so.....

haha, solid workout man.. definitely one for the books. average heart rate was about 165 bpm. At one point I hit 183.. that's about 93% of my max HR. Phew!

a must try!
