This one really elevated my heart rate. I tried avoiding getting a long rest, max 15 sec and off to suffer till the clock hits 20mins. Boy, it felt like forever!

Simple yet effective workout. I was still pumped from it 30 mins after finishing it.
This one is an effective way to build strength, endurance and also cardovascular fitness.
Also, if you find the bodyweight pull-ups hard, you can do jumping pull-ups. Meaning you hold the bar and jump up, then resist the down phase of the pull-up. Still a good one!
that was fun XD found my arms aching the next day from the pull ups heh.Though I feel I could have pushed harder in those 20 minutes. Oh well, there's always next week!
btw.. i just saw a post on crossfit.com, this guy did 33 rounds in 20 mins. monster..
