3 rounds of:
  1. pullups - 10 reps
  2. dips - 10 reps
  3. deadlifts - 10 reps - 60KG
  4. 400 meters run on treadmill

Workout 1 & 2 was a substitute for one called muscle-ups. Just because Jonathan is the only hero who was able to do it, we had to change last minute.

I still need some practice on that.
