Devan, you can try training 002 and shout the number of each rounds. You will tend to lose count as your brains stop working during the workout. hahahahah

Ask your friend to time and count for you if possible. Best to do together in staggered stages.

Get a FEAR FACTOR bucket and place it close to you :p

Training 002 is the perfect workout when you have no access to a gym or equipment. All you need is a place to do pull-ups and you're set!

Definitely keep a bucket close by :)

good job guys! this is your introduction to pushmore and crossfit :) fran is another killer. heartrate was through the roof after first set of 21s. got killed mostly by the pull-ups.. i'm still recovering from cindy last wednesday..

I really have to work on my technique but overall a good workout. Arms felt like jelly after the first 15 or so pull-ups. Hopefully recovery won't be as nasty as cindy.

hmm ok stupid q but whats training 002?

Offhegoes <> Devan

Sorry offhegoes, training 002 is renamed to "Cindy" - 20mins of pullups, pushups and squats. You just need to find a chinup bar or you can do it at a park that has those thing where you can pullup. Don't forget to bring your watch!
