This one was tough! After the 1st set, in my mind "WTF.."

Keeping good form throughout the workout was quite a challenge. I'm going to really feel this one tomorrow, in fact I'm feeling it now.. :)

felt like an hour of non stop bouldering session! really felt the body getting weaker during the weighted pull ups on the last round.

tomorrow, hopefully is the day where we could use those KBs for exercises like double handed clean and press.
