Ladders

Wednesday, 27th June 2007 @ Fitness Network

3 Rounds for time of :-

  • Deadlift @ 152 lbs (1-2-3-4-5 reps)
  • Military Press with KB @ 53lbs (1-2-3-4-5 reps per arm)
  • Run 400m
Deadlifts and Presses were done as supersets in a ladder format(eg. do 1 deadlift, do 1 press/arm then 2 deadlifts, 2 presses/arm etc.). Total of 45 Deadlifts and 90 Presses.

nice ah KB press 90 times?

There is a video called RKC 2007 recorded in Denmark. I got it from youtube and converted into my ipod.

There is a 'beast' man in that video pressing a KB plus a women grapping it with both her hands. That man did a high windmill and lifted another KB from the floor, probably a 32kg. Crazy shit!

Remind me to show you that video. Let's try that! hahahaha

just saw the video. that guy is super strong. the "Beast" is the heaviest KB at 48kg.. he pressed that PLUS the lady....

man, we got a long way to go..
