10 Shuttle Runs
50 Ring Dips
10 Shuttle Runs
50 Push Ups
10 Shuttle Runs
50 Handstand Push-Ups

10 Shuttle runs are approximately 400m. If you have no access to rings, 1 ring dip=3 bar dips.
