somehow or rather using DB to replace KBs make it more difficult=/ or is it just me?

which exercise was the hardest?

with dumbells, range for the SDs are much more, placing more load on the legs, that could have slowed you down. plus, you are hefting an extra 2 kgs around :)

farmer's walk and SD. my grip was slipping after the 3rd round heh...

haha, grip problems, i guess that slowed you down...

well, just gotta wait for a met-con workout to leave everyone else in the dust.. :)
